be done as instructed in CALCULATING PRICE PER WEIGHT (below) or the requirements can be  
posted to me to calculate in a quotation to be returned by return post.   The vegetable   
seeds are sold at the above prices in plain packets without sowing instructions on the    
packets, but sowing instructions are found in my vegetable list for most of the varieties 
of vegetable seeds sold by weight in the main vegetable list.                             

SECTION 2;                                                                                
CALCULATING PRICE PER WEIGHT; When the weight of vegetable seed required is not shown in  
the Vegetable Ready Reckoner the seed cost is found by multiplying the PRICE PER GRAM     
of the LETTER GROUP by the weight of the seed required.   This total(if the weight is     
over 1 gram) is multiplied by the % of discount allowed for in the DISCOUNT RANGE that    
the weight of seed is in this total is subtracted from the first total to give the cost.  
EXAMPLE:10g.Pumpkin Mammouth C=34P/g*10g=£3.40:£3.40*20% discount=68P;(£3.40-68P=£2.72)

BROCCOLI RAAB- (Brassica Rapa,Ruvo Group)
Centoventina (aa)  Very large with a good  taste and a good texture.
Foglia D'Olivio (aa) An olive leaf Rapa which has a long leaf shaped like an olive leaf. Grows 14-15 inches high,thick 
                     stemmed. Good taste.
Novantina (aa) A late "Rapa" & the largest.
Quarantina (aa) Slower growing than "Sessantina" with a better flavor & larger "buds".
Ricca Di San Marzano (aa) A  rapa with leaves curled at the tip, it reaches production within 60-80 days from sowing. 
Sessantina (aa) An early large budded "Rapa" broccoli 
Sorrento (aa) Early large florets. Produces fal through spring. Tall upright plants. Blue Green. 
              Narrow turnip shaped leaves.
Spring Sprouting Broccoli; (af) Popular ethnic vegetable. Early. Produces
                                many small,tender shoots & leaves with delicious flavour.
F-1 Tender Green; (aq) A hybrid of Broccoli & Chinese Kale produces green broccoli spears on edible stems,which
                       taste similiar to Asparagus. Transplant March to June,crops from June to Oct.
Toscana (aa) Good cooking shoots.
Trasimeno (aa) A practically rootless Rapa that is very Cold hardy & resistant. Produces a large quantity of good flavoured
                buds
