seeds are sold at the above prices in plain packets without sowing instructions on the    

packets, but sowing instructions are found in my vegetable list for most of the varieties 

of vegetable seeds sold by weight in the main vegetable list.                             



SECTION 2;                                                                                

CALCULATING PRICE PER WEIGHT; When the weight of vegetable seed required is not shown in  

the Vegetable Ready Reckoner the seed cost is found by multiplying the PRICE PER GRAM     

of the LETTER GROUP by the weight of the seed required.   This total(if the weight is     

over 15 grams) is multiplied by the 40% of discount allowed for the 15 grams plus DISCOUNT RANGE that    

the weight of seed is in this total is subtracted from the first total to give the cost.  

EXAMPLE:20g.Pumpkin Mammouth C=36P/g*20g=£7.20:£7.20*40% discount=£2.88P;(£7.20-£2.88P=£4.32)
